This report recommends that the Department of the House of Representatives, in conjunction with the Department of Parliamentary Services, work within existing resources to update the House e-petitions system and web page design to improve user experience and accessibility for all users.

This report is about the human experience of the Internet. It is an independent, open source compilation of data, research and stories, that show how the Internet evolves each year across five issues.

The current discourse about the diminishing role of, trust in, and respect for facts, data, and analysis is often hamstrung by the use of conflicting language and unclear or undefined terms. Without a common language with which to discuss the problem, which we are calling Truth Decay, the search for solutions becomes more difficult.

By investigating the peer-review process as part of scholarly conversations, this article provides a brief literature review on peer review in information literacy instruction, and argues that by using open peer review (OPR) models for teaching, library workers can allow students to gain a deeper understanding of scholarly conversations.
