Household decision-making for home batteries
This paper explores the future of home storage uptake in the developing Battery Energy System (BES) market. A survey of over 500 households and interviews with 51 homeowners in Tasmania were used to ascertain motivations for installing BES’s. BES cost projection curves were used to model uptake under various scenarios.

Breaking the cycle: supporting Tasmanian parents to prevent recurrent child removals
This research documents the experience of child removal and its consequences for parents and examines the current service network and its capacity to support them. It reviews interventions which are being deployed in other jurisdictions to break this cycle and makes recommendations about how the experiences of Tasmanian parents can be improved.
