23 May 2017
Description

There are many strategies available and many technological solutions that can assist with community engagement. However, in this e-book we present a framework for thinking about community engagement and moving to more collaborative decision making processes.

We call this framework the Triple-O framework and it is proven to increase community satisfaction and community licence on difficult decisions.

This e-book contains:

  • A community engagement framework for achieving satisfaction with decisions from community engagement;
  • A road-map for implementing a decision making process with community stakeholders; and,
  • An overview of community engagement software in an era of social technology to aide the process.
