This guide addresses the hazards and risks associated with electroplating processes, including hazardous chemicals, electrical, plant, noise and manual handling hazards.

It applies to all workplaces where electroplating is carried out, and where relevant, can be applied to other processes such as anodising, hot-dip galvanising, electroless plating and general metal finishing.
