Journey to Social Inclusion (J2SI) Phase 2 successfully supported people to exit homelessness through rapid access to housing and supporting people to settle into and sustain their housing. Participants in the program realised improvements in their mental health, increased employment, and a reduction in substance use. The evaluation also evidenced a large reduction in participants’ use of public services such as hospitals and drug and alcohol facilities, which created significant cost savings to government.
