Description
This report highlights the work of the NSW Behavioural Insights Unit (BIU) in the years 2012-2014. In collaboration with government and private sector partners, the NSW BIU trialled behavioural insights interventions in the fields of:
- Tax and revenue collection
- Supporting the use of private health insurance
- Injured employees returning to work
