Description
Menopause and its impact on women’s work has received much attention internationally. This research, released on Global Menopause Day, in partnership with Global Women and ANZ, breaks new ground showing that workplace conditions are key to supporting women to maintain economic participation and productivity.

It is in the traditionally female-dominated industries of health, education, retail and hospitality, that women are most likely to reduce their work hours or quit due to challenges in providing the adjustments that many women need.
