This compilation of essays by United States Study Centre researchers aims to provide a guide on what to expect from a second Biden term versus a second Trump term, as well as what to expect regardless of who takes office.

This book is designed in two sections: Blue book — what to expect in a second term of the Biden Administration, and Red book — what to expect in a second Trump Administration. Each section is designed to give a robust guide to the major policies of each platform. There are some things that will stay the same under either administration. This analysis is found at the start of each relevant policy section. The repetition is intentional to allow the reader to read through a section without needing to turn to a different section for context.
