Description
A set of three 'regulatory placemats' for older people, aged care providers and aged care workers providing an overview of how the aged care sector is regulated. They set out aged care obligations, what's expected from providers and the provider supervision model.
As the national regulator of aged care services, the function of the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission is to protect the health, safety and wellbeing of older people. Holding providers to account for the care provided by their services is a core function of the national regulator.
