AbSec’s quarterly sector forums connect sector leaders, advocates and community members across the child and family sector in New South Wales to learn, share and drive meaningful action. The May 2025 forum had the theme ‘Our Future, Our Voice: Building Capacity, Creating Change’. The theme emphasises the importance of community-led solutions in creating lasting change. It recognises that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities are best placed to define their own paths to wellbeing and prosperity. This report provides an overview of the forum.
