Description
The playbook provides a five-step approach to understanding and addressing barriers to program and service uptake. It includes case study examples. The playbook is based on work with organisations in the public, private and nonprofit sectors to design, implement and test successful uptake strategies rooted in what influences behaviour.
The playbook outlines a five-step approach.
- How to set uptake goals: what does success mean to your program?
- Listing the actions needed for uptake.
- Uncovering behavioural barriers.
- How to design solutions that address the behavioural barriers uncovered.
- Measuring impact: for instance using randomised controlled trials or other evaluation methods.
