The Budget reinforces the Government’s commitment to responsible financial management, balancing affordable debt with continued investment in the future.

- The Budget includes an operating surplus of $3.5 billion in 2025–26.
- Net debt remains the most affordable in the country at 7.1% of GSP in 2025–26.
- Western Australia’s economy remains the strongest in the nation.
- State Final Demand has been revised up to 3.5% in 2025–26.
- WA accounts for over 45% of national exports.
