The Strategic Framework to Strengthen Victoria's Social Cohesion and the Resilience of its Communities (the Framework) outlines:

1. Why strengthening social cohesion and building community resilience are important;

2. Key principles for working together; and  

3. High level objectives, priority themes, activities and indicators.

The Framework recognises that Government cannot do this work alone.  It is intended to help all stakeholders – individuals, community organisations, government agencies, businesses, service providers, academics and others - to work together in new ways, and better connect and align our collective efforts.
