The 2002-03 Private Rent Assistance collection is the fourth and final data collection to occur under the 1999 Commonwealth-State Housing Agreement (CSHA). The 1999 CSHA aims to facilitate access to affordable, appropriate and secure housing for people on low incomes and people with special needs. Under this CSHA a new national performance indicator framework was developed for the public rental housing, state and territory owned and managed Indigenous housing, and community housing data collections.
