The Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission (ACQSC) was established on 1 January 2019. The ACQSC works under the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission Act 2018 (the Act) and the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission Rules 2018. The ACQSC replaces the former Australian Aged Care Quality Agency and the Aged Care Complaints Commissioner.
