This report is the response to the Victorian Attorney-General’s request for advice on ‘swift and certain’ approaches to family violence offenders in Victoria.

This report presents statistics on the number of secondary offences throughout the data period (2011–12 and 2015–16) and sentencing outcomes for those offences.
