The Western Australian Alliance to End Homelessness outcomes measurement framework: data dictionary
Approaching the study of homelessness as a complex adaptive system requires a methodological diversity not commonly found in homelessness research and evaluation. Methodological diversity requires that the Outcomes Framework and this accompanying Data Dictionary draw on multiple ontologies and epistemologies in choosing methods of measurement.
