This publication contains a collection of mini briefing papers that look at the idea of a wellbeing economy, how it relates to other ideas for economic change, and what some of the core elements of a wellbeing economy are.

The authors of this paper propose a series of criteria by which judgement can be made on whether progress towards a 'wellbeing economy' is occurring, and apply these criteria using a series of examples to show contrasts between genuine wellbeing approaches and wellbeing economy 'window dressing'.

This report focuses on the role of government and policy in delivering systemic change. The authors outline where public policymakers should place the emphasis in order to transform the world’s economic and financial systems most effectively to mitigate future environmental crises.
