“You don’t look dyslexic”: using the Job Demands—Resource Model of Burnout to explore employment experiences of Australian adults with dyslexia
This study sought to explore the experiences faced by adults with dyslexia in seeking and retaining employment. The findings indicate participants experienced challenges including mental exhaustion, discrimination, limited access to support and fatigue, leaving them vulnerable to job burn-out. Informed workplace environments are needed to help employees with dyslexia thrive.

Humanising brain injury rehabilitation: a qualitative study examining humanising approaches to engagement in the context of a storytelling advocacy programme
Building upon the findings of a study that explored the experience and impact of narrative storytelling following acquired brain injury, this article provides insights into how facilitators engaged in humanising practice within the context of a storytelling advocacy program and examines the engagement of storytelling facilitators with storytellers.

Sharing stories of lived experience: a qualitative analysis of the intersection of experiences between storytellers with acquired brain injury and storytelling facilitators
While interest in storytelling in brain injury rehabilitation is increasing, little attention has been directed to the interpersonal relationships experienced through storytelling. As part of a larger study exploring narrative storytelling, this paper reports on the intersection of experiences between those sharing their story and those listening to the story.
