This report presents findings from a school-based research project examining the development, implementation and outcomes of a whole-school anti-racism and cultural inclusion initiative in a South Australian secondary school. Findings indicate that this sustained, whole-school approach led to a range of positive outcomes.

This evaluation sought to explore the processes and impacts of the Youth Connect program in relation to social participation, economic independence, personal wellbeing, and at-risk or anti-social behaviour. The evaluation finds that the program did offer support for young people facing a series of interconnected challenges.

This report examines the shifting nature of teachers’ work, pointing to growing complexity and increasing professional demands. This research is the first of its kind in South Australia, and provides new insights into the impact of increased demands upon teachers’ wellbeing.
