A balancing act: lawyers’ views on access to justice in regional, rural and remote NSW
Justice delivery in regional, rural and remote NSW is shaped by distance, local context and community needs. Drawing on practitioner insights, the research explores how legal services function, the barriers and supports affecting access to justice, and the potential for technology to improve service delivery and meet the legal needs of these communities.

An evaluation of the NDIS Appeals Program Legal Services
Legal Aid is funded by the Federal Government to provide legal support to eligible people who are appealing to the Administrative Review Tribunal about a National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) decision. This process evaluation details the merit of the program, its challenges, as well as the steps necessary for its efficient and ongoing operation.

Immediate, purposeful, and coordinated systemic change is needed to advance equity and inclusion in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) fields. In this report, the authors present the results of a series of rapid systematic reviews, undertaken to identify initiatives effective in supporting workforce equity and inclusion.
