Priority Reform Three of Closing the Gap is about making government organisations culturally safe and responsive to the needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. This report highlights good practice within government to share knowledge on what transformative action looks like and what it takes to achieve it.

Research examining restorative justice (RJ) for domestic and family violence (DFV) and sexual violence is growing. However, there has been little empirical examination of the perspectives of victim-survivors on best practice. This study addresses this gap drawing on victim-survivor participants in an Australian RJ program.

This paper draws on the OECD's experience working with countries to develop and implement best practice principles for regulatory impact assessment (RIA). It presents a reference methodology and recommendations for national regulatory authorities to systematically adopt RIAs. The methodology provides a complete toolkit covering problem identification through to implementation.

The authors of this report examine the current service landscape and spoke to practitioners working with young people to identify key drivers and risk factors for young men's use of intimate partner violence. They also undertook co-design with practitioners and young men to develop emerging principles of engagement for effective interventions.
