This report summarises the results from three surveys into the experiences and challenges faced by children and young people with disability and their families in their journey through education. It also includes the tools available for ensuring improved outcomes for children and young people with disability.

This survey report discusses education for students with disability including the types of services and supports accessed, perceptions of resources available and training of professionals, and whether children have experienced exclusion, seclusion or bullying.

The National Disability Advocacy Framework aims to make it easier to access advocacy services for people with disability. It is a high‑level and principles based framework which commits the Australian, state and territory governments to collectively work towards improved national consistency and access to advocacy services for people with disability.

This research looks at prevalent fallacies about disability employment and examines the benefits reaped by those businesses embracing disability inclusion.

The information included in this review aims to inform the development of an effective Self-Management Policy for the NDIA, as well as any considerations that may be relevant to the development of guidance, tools or processes once the policy has been developed.
