This strategy outlines the Department's commitment to creating a workplace where everyone feels they belong and are safe, valued and empowered to succeed. It sets out a vision and four strategic pillars: Respected, Connected, Contributing and Progressing. A strategic framework for action is provided for each pillar.

This article looked at adapting experience‐based co‐design (EBCD) through co‐production by involving people with lived experience of disability as co‐researchers to work on a community cycling program (CycLink). This paper reports the co‐produced protocol and reflects on co‐researchers' contributions.
