Given the inevitable growth of virtual and hybrid services in the context of place-based service delivery, this report argues that future government initiatives should consider how virtual services can be included in the design and how they are integrated and interact with face-to-face components.

The Centre for Mental Health at the University of Melbourne conducted an independent evaluation of three government‑funded supported digital mental health services to inform future Australian Government funding, awareness and utilisation efforts. Using a mixed‑methods approach guided by five key evaluation questions, the evaluation offers recommendations to support future policy development and system improvement.
