This article argues that research systems must actively invest in the careers of researchers with disability. It highlights persistent barriers such as insecure funding, limited career pathways and exclusion from leadership, and calls for accessible, disability‑led funding, mentoring and structural reform to ensure lived experience is valued and retained within research and policy systems.

This briefing paper highlights how many city mayors in the United Kingdom are exploring innovative approaches to promote integration for migrant communities in their city regions.

The guidance in this playbook is derived from a pilot initiative implemented in Indianapolis, Los Angeles and Philadelphia between fall 2019 and January 2021. The Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC), in collaboration with national and local funders, supported the implementation of community-rooted economic inclusion in a select set of underinvested districts in each city.

Despite calls for a more pluralistic and inclusive workforce, the construction industry remains male-dominated, thereby limiting its growth potentials. The study examined the effects of workload on family expectations intending to support initiatives on gender equality and equity that will improve working conditions in the industry and eventually increase its performance and competitiveness.

This issues paper invites the public to share their views about what an inclusive society looks like, the barriers to inclusion, how Australia can become a more inclusive society, and how inclusion might prevent violence.
