This paper aims to report the occurrence of alcohol preloading within a Mackay sample; collected in early February of 2015. The report is based on a sub-study of ‘Smart Start - A Preloading Project’

Alcohol and other drug issues are closely intertwined with social factors such as income, employment, housing and education.
