This investigation set out to explore whether digital platforms remove electoral process misinformation when they are made aware of it via user-reporting.

This report makes 19 recommendations to bring grants administration into line with best practice. In addition to feedback from 26 stakeholder groups, the review considered grants administration guidelines from comparable jurisdictions, best practice risk assessment and assurance frameworks, and the existing New South Wales policy and legislative context.

The new regulatory model recommended by Respect@Work maximises and improves the existing legislative framework, recognising the right of workers to be free from sexual harassment is a human right, a workplace right and a safety right.

This paper outlines the variety of enforcement mechanisms these existing parliamentary codes of conduct exhibit, the findings of the reviews that have been conducted into the effectiveness of these arrangements in preventing bullying and harassment and discusses how these might inform debate about a response at the federal level.

This review considers whether the New Zealand Defence Force’s organisational structure and record-keeping and retrieval processes are in accordance with international best practice and sufficient to remove or reduce the possibility of the failings identified by the Government Inquiry into Operation Burnham and Related Matters.
