The publication of this document aims to assist public bodies, public officers and the public to better understand the nature of reports made to the NT Office of the Independent Commission Against Corruption. It should generate conversations, particularly within public bodies, about how impropriety in public administration is reported and addressed.

The good practices identified are scalable and include examples of how executives and directors oversee whistleblower programs.
