A lean e-governance approach to mitigate corruption within official processes in the construction industry
Lebanon is a country that has been plagued by corruption; official processes run at suboptimal levels and delay the day-to-day activities of citizens and projects across all industries, including construction. The concept of applying lean methods to mitigate this corruption is promising.
