The UN Climate Talks for 2017 (COP23) have kicked off in Bonn, Germany.
Two years ago in Paris, world leaders agreed to work together to limit global temperature rise to well below 2°C. The Paris Agreement was pivotal in cementing the world’s commitment to tackling climate change. However, a lot of the finer details and the ‘rules’ surrounding the Paris Agreement still need to be worked out. This process will take place at COP23.
