Description
This evaluation is one of a suite of strategic country programme evaluations that aim to provide a big picture view of achievement across the spectrum of New Zealand engagements in its partner countries. The purpose of this evaluation is to provide strategic guidance to the Papua New Guinea (PNG) Country Programme, by examining its impact and effectiveness, while exploring how New Zealand’s approach to working in PNG could be optimised. This report analyses and makes recommendations on issues of agriculture, market development and gobal markets.
