The main purpose of this paper is to spark a dialogue with relevant stakeholders keen to collaboratively address the challenges of reducing emissions. This paper outlines areas that the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority (EECA) sees as requiring focus in accelerating innovation for emissions reduction.
