On 17 May 2021, the Royal Commission conducted a public hearing in Sydney considering the experiences of people with disability, in the context of the Australian Government’s approach to the COVID-19 vaccine rollout (Public hearing 12).

This is the report of the three Commissioners who participated in Public hearing 12. It is based on the evidence given at the hearing, but also includes a factual account of significant developments in the rollout of vaccines to people with disability after the hearing.
