The report reviews national and international responses to major disasters in Indonesia over the past 20 years, examining the impact of global and regional developments alongside national reform and demonstrating the increasing role and increasing need of local actors.
It is part of the project Building a Blueprint for Change, within the Humanitarian Advisory Group's Humanitarian Horizons research program, supported by the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
