The ACCC has published this final report as part of its inquiry into the markets for the supply of ad tech services and ad agency services. The report provides in-depth analysis of competition and efficiency in the supply of these services, and details the ACCC's recommendations to improve competition and efficiency in the supply of ad tech services.
The ACCC will give further consideration to the need for broader regulatory changes to digital platforms markets as part of its Digital Platform Services Inquiry – Interim Report September 2022 (fifth interim report).
