The research is based on 197 in-depth interviews with members of diverse communities, 31 in-depth interviews with sector stakeholders, fifty-four hours of participant observations, nineteen advisory group meetings across five communities, seven national-level workshops with sector stakeholders, and one community hui with diverse place-based advisory groups.
