This final report of an AHURI research project addresses questions raised on the future environment for housing policy, labour markets, housing markets and the shifting metropolitan balance. It is specifically concerned with the spatial implications of socio-demographic and economic change on the two major housing tenures: viz, home ownership and private rental.
