Description
This report concerns unfair contractual terms contained in mobile phone standard forms of agreement. Since the CLC last reported on contract terms in 2001, the industry has made progress in developing the ACIF Guideline on Consumer Contracts. The object of this 2003 report is to examine how mobile phone standard forms of agreement in use in early 2003 measure against a fairness threshold. This Report will be submitted to the Australian Communications Authority as part of its review of the operation of the guidelines.
