Cultural and creative activity in Australia 2008-09 to 2016-17
There is growing interest in quantifying the economic contribution of cultural and creative industries both in Australia and internationally. Measurement of this activity can inform policy makers about how such industries contribute to economic outcomes relative to other industries.

This Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) outlines the actions the department will take to improve opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff. The development process was led by the department's Indigenous Staff Network and RAP Working Group and helps to strengthen relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Efficiency review - ABC and SBS: terms of reference
The federal government will again review the efficiency of the national broadcasters—the Australian Broadcasting Corporation and Special Broadcasting Service—ahead of their next round of funding. The Commonwealth funds the national broadcaster on three year contracts and the next funding will be announced for the three years from 2019–20.

Consumer survey on online copyright infringement 2018
The number of Australians consuming online content has increased since 2015. Australians are also consuming online content differently—streaming more, and downloading less. The results also show that there has been an increase in the consumption of lawful content across music, movies, video games and TV programs collectively.
