This RAP will contribute towards our strategic priorities to foster an environment in which all Australians benefit from access to diverse communications services and artistic and cultural experiences. This will be achieved by embracing a whole of department approach to building stronger internal and external relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, organisations and communities; and by promoting and adopting a best practice approach to leadership, education, and employment opportunities for all staff.
