This report identifies risks of statelessness and nationality loss under current citizenship laws in the Pacific and recommends reforms that will support Pacific Islanders to retain and pass on their citizenship.

$35 billion is a lot for a subway that won’t really improve accessibility all that much
Compared to Melbourne's current the Suburban Rail Loop project, this paper argues that much more service, and thus accessibility, could be provided for a given budget through surface upgrade options. To test this assumption, the paper uses an ‘Alternative Network’ structure using a conservative but still significant $25 billion budget.

Calculation of policy-relevant spatial indicators of urban liveability: experiences of scaling a research programme from local to global
A pilot project, which focused on Melbourne in 2012, developed an initial workflow to calculate address-level liveability measures. This paper reviews methodological challenges encountered in the scaling up of this 5-year collaborative research program.
