The purpose of this study was to provide an evidence-based platform that will assist local governments and coastal management professionals in the future development of suitable and effective educational strategies and programs to help improve the ability of NSW coastal communities to adapt sustainably to the risk of coastal erosion and inundation.

This report is a mixed-methods research project examining the current Northern Territory alcohol treatment services system. It provides an assessment of how much treatment is currently provided; how much should be provided to meet current demand; and the challenges, barriers and opportunities associated with the planning and delivery of alcohol treatment services in the Territory.

This thesis contributes a clearer understanding of local governments’ current use of the co-benefits approach in tackling climate change. This will help to purposively consider, plan, generate and promote co-benefits in planning for climate change in Australia by decision-makers.

This report is written as a response to the proposed Australian Infrastructure Investment Fund for the Pacific (AIFFP), a $2 billion facility that intends to combine $500 million of aid grants with $1.5 million of loans to Pacific Island projects.
