Considering human rights in decision making: evaluation of the introduction of structured-decision making framework in the Public Trustee Queensland
Since the 2006 United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, significant change has occurred in the provision of decision-making support for people with cognitive disabilities. This report evaluates the introduction of a Structured Decision-Making Framework by the Public Trustee Queensland (QPT) to reorient their practice to reflect this human rights legislative imperative.

Humanising brain injury rehabilitation: a qualitative study examining humanising approaches to engagement in the context of a storytelling advocacy programme
Building upon the findings of a study that explored the experience and impact of narrative storytelling following acquired brain injury, this article provides insights into how facilitators engaged in humanising practice within the context of a storytelling advocacy program and examines the engagement of storytelling facilitators with storytellers.
