This study evaluated CSIRO's Total Wellbeing Diet Online program among 24,035 Australian adults over 12 months. Average weight loss was 5.5kg at 12 months, with 52% achieving clinically significant results (≥5% body weight loss). Platform engagement strongly correlated with success. The digital program proved effective for long-term weight management.
