Weight loss patterns and outcomes over 12 months on a commercial weight management program (CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet Online)
This study evaluated CSIRO's Total Wellbeing Diet Online program among 24,035 Australian adults over 12 months. Average weight loss was 5.5kg at 12 months, with 52% achieving clinically significant results (≥5% body weight loss). Platform engagement strongly correlated with success. The digital program proved effective for long-term weight management.
