The law plays an essential role in public health responses to HIV and in the health and wellbeing of people living with HIV (PLHIV). However, evidence on the legal issues experienced by PLHIV remains limited. This review identifies literature on the justiciable (‘legal’) issues experienced by PLHIV in high-income countries, and their health-related impacts.

The Healthy Homes Initiative (HHI) aims to improve the lives of whānau (family groups) by helping to ensure whānau are living in warm, dry and healthy homes. This five-year evaluation finds the HHI is providing significant positive impact and value for money, with a return on investment of 507% over five years.

A framework to guide and coordinate Australia’s national response towards virtual elimination of HIV transmission by 2030. The Strategy focuses on reducing new and late diagnoses, improving HIV outcomes for priority populations, implementing new models for testing and treatment, and addressing ongoing stigma and discrimination.
