Draft Australian guidelines to reduce health risks from drinking alcohol
These guidelines are intended to help Australians make informed choices about their drinking and provide recommendations for adults, for children and young people under 18 years of age, and for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. The guidelines are also intended to form the evidence base for future policy making, health promotion and educational activities.

This paper aims to understand why and how countries provide health coverage, particularly to left-behind groups. To address these questions, the authors identify 49 geographically, economically and culturally diverse countries that have either achieved universal health coverage (UHC) or have made good progress towards it.
