This review provides a mainly qualitative sociological approach to receive and analyse stories and perspectives from those who work in or have otherwise experienced Murri Court.

This policy brief is designed to assist policymakers developing legal or policy and practice frameworks to prevent or respond to coercive control in relation to domestic and family violence.

The insights and data shared in this report were collected across a range of activities facilitated by Health Justice Australia throughout 2020. The report draws on the insights of health and legal assistance services and practitioners and their representative bodies, including those working in health justice partnership and from their services more broadly.

In this report, the Parliamentary Joint Committee on Corporations and Financial Services concurs with the findings of numerous previous reviews: namely, that class actions, when working as originally intended, should facilitate access to justice, discourage wrongdoing, and promote the efficient and effective use of court resources.

This research assessed the value of Legal Help’s information/referral services to clients in the broader context of the Victorian legal assistance sector’s information and service provision. The service was evaluated on its reach to the community, accessibility to clients, appropriateness of services provided, client experience, actions prompted and client outcomes.
