This article describes the protocol for a culturally responsive scoping review that will map success factors and social and emotional wellbeing impacts of programmes delivered in Australia for First Nations youth aged 10–18 years. The scoping review is designed to be undertaken collaboratively with First Nations people and non-Indigenous allies.

The Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Performance Framework (HPF) was developed to monitor progress towards health equity for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. Patterns in the access, utilisation and budget allocation of National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) psychosocial support for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples with mental health needs
This study explores National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) psychosocial support among Indigenous Australians in South East Queensland, highlighting disparities in access and budget allocation. Findings show higher access for Indigenous participants benefiting those most in need. However, systemic challenges persist including under‑identification, missing utilisation data and housing instability.

Aboriginal deaths in custody in Western Australian prisons
This article provides an overview of the nature and adequacy of culturally appropriate health services within Western Australian prisons based on coroner findings on Aboriginal deaths in custody between 2019 to 2023. The findings reported substandard quality of supervision, care and treatment. The article calls for implementation of recommendations from Australian government inquiries.
