This project reports on a pilot evaluation of Tell Touch - a digital communication application. Tell Touch was developed as a feedback and complaints tool for use in aged care homes to protect older residents by measuring the extent of quality care provided and to meet Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission standards.

Online service providers are required to report on how they are implementing the 'Basic Online Safety Expectations' set out by the Australian government. This report shows significant variation in the steps being taken by providers to protect users and the wider Australian public.

This report focuses on how leaders in Australia are adapting their approach to delivering services effectively and efficiently, in a fashion that leverages digital technology and builds public trust. The report draws on the findings of an expert roundtable with senior leaders from a variety of agencies, as well as non-profit, academia and technology organisations.

Based on 37 surveys and 12 stakeholder interviews, this report outlines the initial findings from the researchers' initial 2022 visit, and highlights the current access and use of media, telecommunications and online services, as well as the digital inclusion and service delivery challenges in Yuelamu and across the Central Desert region.
